Simone Collier
Dr Collier brings over 25 years of experience in the child protection, Education and disability sectors.
She has worked in the homelessness and domestic violence sectors. Simone has contributed to evidence-based practice through research, and she has a passion for working with children and families in the reunification space.
Simone works tirelessly in behaviour support with children and young people in the NDIS sector and is currently preparing to publish work in the book co-written by Dr India Bryce on cumulative harm. '
Dr Simone Collier is a dedicated and long-standing volunteer with the Rural Fire Brigade in the Western Downs region.

India Lowe
Dr. India Lowe (Bryce) is an Associate Professor at the University of Southern Queensland and a Forensic Social Worker.
Dr. India Bryce began her career as early childhood educator before taking a position as a front-line Child Safety Officer in the Investigation and Assessment Team, in the then Queensland Department of Child Safety, Women and Youth. She is a specialist consultant in the field of child maltreatment, specialising in cumulative harm.
She has worked closely with government and non-government agencies in the design and implementation of family intervention, prevention and preservation programs and has delivered training in child maltreatment and cumulative harm to a broad range of helping professionals across the forensic sector.

Fiona Hibbins
· Fiona Hibbins brings extensive experience and compassion to her role. She began her career as a Registered Nurse before transitioning into frontline child protection work as a Child Safety Officer within the Intake and Investigation and Assessment Teams of the former Queensland Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women. With over nine years of experience in child protection and human services, Fiona has developed specialist expertise in domestic and family violence, mental health, crisis intervention, case management, and risk assessment. She possesses strong knowledge in childhood development and neurodivergence, allowing her to provide informed and empathetic support to children and families with diverse needs. Fiona is highly skilled in managing complex and high-risk cases, guided by a trauma-informed and client-centred approach.
