The purpose of Connected Families Foundation is to strengthen and preserve family connections by providing compassionate, trauma-sensitive and disability informed support to children, parents, and caregivers.

We exist to reduce the need for child protection intervention, promote safe and successful family reunification, and enhance the stability and wellbeing of children in foster care.

Through integrity-driven practice, education, and community collaboration, we aim to break cycles of trauma, foster healthy attachment, and empower families to build lasting, loving relationships that help children thrive.
